Our Mission

We are tired of the lies and false promises so prevalent in the health and wellness industry. We are tired of the high-pressure sales tactics that have scared the neediest away. We are tired of the intimidation and judgment felt by almost everyone the first time they enter a gym.

At Physix our mission is to educate and motivate regular, everyday people - just like you. We want you to reach reasonable, achievable fitness goals without judgment, fear, or intimidation.

We are your coach and your teacher. We can't do the work for you but we will be there with you every step of the way.

Our Credentials

Did you know it's possible to merely pay some money, take a quicky online test, and instantly become a "certified personal trainer?" Or worse, have no certification/education in the field at all (yes, that's right - no one is required to have any formal training to use the title Personal Trainer)? Frightening, isn't it?

At Physix, we wanted a well-respected certification - something that wasn't so easy to acquire. We wanted our clients to feel confident they were getting the best of the best. That's why we chose the NSCA - one of the industry's hardest exams to pass.
